Just off South Great George's Street, The Market Bar has been bringing Dublin together for years. Christmas is when our spaces really earn their keep. From the brick-walled main floor to the private Black Market room, The Chelsea Drugstore and our courtyard, we can host anything from a team dinner to an exclusive-use party for up to 1,000. Every menu is cooked in-house, and our events team looks after the details so you can enjoy the night.
- Team and company parties: your own table, a partitioned section of the main floor, or the whole venue to yourselves.
- Christmas Cocktail Parties: The Black Market is our private room for up to 110 guests.
- Big festive nights: the main floor holds around 550 standing, with music and DJ options to suit.
- Drinks outdoors: our heated courtyard suits up to 150 guests for a festive drinks reception.
- Shopping breaks and walk-ins: tapas, a proper lunch or a drink at the bar, Monday to Wednesday, no booking needed.
